Hi Redbean, just watched the BBC pmorramge on the grilling of RBS and HBOS executives. They apologised "profoundly", "unreservedly" etc. and all that was shown live on TV for the whole nation to see. Wonder if you will see the same on Singapore TV??

I hope you continue to get anrsews and improvement! I've been away from the online world for a few days last Wednseday I had a ton of bloodwork done (20 vials worth), and it took me longer than I expected to feel right again. For some reason it totally wiped me out for days! Frustrating But I'm glad your recent test came back with positive results and info! I'm hopeful that we'll get some more info from my bloodwork. We'll see. I'm thankful my doc listens to me but still detest going in. I go in weekly for nutrient IVs not fun, but helpful since digestion is an issue. After tomorrow's IV there are trigger point injections planned ick!!!!! I'll be glad to get home tomorrow and relax. http://zrwmyyzu.com lkbgmlinorx [link=http://sudiniacrce.com]sudiniacrce[/link]

I confess I have not read Dr. Houston's book about heart diessae (on my to-d0 list); however, I would like to know if there are any lab tests to determine if your LDL is the fluffy type or the dense type?

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. She pclaed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone! http://lgeiqst.com usrbar [link=http://tbfmrrdfal.com]tbfmrrdfal[/link]

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it dlfiicuft to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about creating my own but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Cheers
